Shipping Information

Smokecountry.ca understands the importance of bringing our customers fast, dependable shipping. We work hard to safely and securely ship your order with the least amount of wait time possible. Normally orders ship next business day(not including weekends and holidays). During sale times, order processing times can be delayed a day or two.

Packaging Information

All orders are sent in plain brown packaging o with no graphics or text except for the shipping label. The shipping label contains your delivery address and a barcode, which represents your order number. 

Signature Requirements

Smokecountry.ca reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. Signature requirements can not be waived once your package has shipped. 

We strongly recommend that customers track their package frequently and that there be someone over the age of 18 to receive the package when it arrives.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders over the weekend or on holidays. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update in the carriers system once your tracking number arrives via email.

Smokecountry.ca will not take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has been shipped. You will need to contact the carrier who delivered the package directly for these issues. If your order arrives with broken or missing contents, please notify us within 24 hours if your order is not insured. If you have a break in shipment and your package is insured through Route, please contact Route to start the claim process.

Free Shipping applies to domestic orders over 150CAD and 300CAD for USA. To receive free shipping your order must meet criteria after all discounts are applied and before taxes and shipping is applied.  

All International shipments are subject to duty fees at the border. Please contact us for more help before placing your order.
